A New Year Manifesto (2026)

I am not entering this year casually.

I am entering it awake, aware, and accountable.

Seeking God is not a resolution—it is the plan.
Not when things break.
Not when I am confused.
But first. Always first.

This year, I am asking God for diligent hands and a disciplined mind.
Hands that work faithfully, not sporadically.
A mind that chooses focus over noise, obedience over impulse, wisdom over speed.

I have learned from the year that passed.

I made mistakes—real ones.
Some were born from rushing.
Some from misplaced trust.
Some from ignoring what I already knew but refused to confront.

I will not repeat those lessons.

This year, I choose structure over chaos.
Consistency over intensity.
Depth over applause.

I am no longer impressed by speed without direction
or growth without character
or success that costs my peace.

I will move slower if it means moving right.
I will say no without guilt.
I will build with patience, discipline, and discernment.

This year demands clarity.
It demands restraint.
It demands obedience.

My prayer is simple and unnegotiable:

Lord, order my steps.
Steady my hands.
Discipline my mind.
Correct me quickly.
And keep me aligned with what truly matters.

I am not chasing perfection.
I am choosing alignment.

Seeking God is the foundation.
Discipline is the commitment.
Obedience is the direction.

This is how I step into the New Year.
